A travel bottle engineered to hold carbonation and temperature, designed as the companion accessory to the Ninja Thirsti soda machine. It had to seal well enough to keep a drink carbonated through a commute, and dock cleanly with the machine that fills it.
Goal
A bottle is a deceptively simple object. Taking this one from concept to production meant protecting the premium feel and Ninja's design language while still improving how it's actually used day to day — how it seals, how it fits a cupholder, how it feels to open with one hand. Every one of those decisions runs into the pressure requirement, since anything that holds carbonation constrains the lid, the threading, and the wall section.
Outcome
Multiple rounds of iteration, prototyping, and cross-functional review took it to launch alongside the Thirsti system. Working in step with the machine team meant the bottle read as part of the same family rather than an accessory designed after the fact.
