Modern, Powerful & Compact
A standalone blender and kitchen system designed for Walmart, Amazon, and other retailers, built around three constraints: modern, powerful, compact. Compact was the hardest of the three, since the motor and vessel dimensions were largely fixed and the footprint had to shrink around them.
Goal
Ninja has built blenders for decades. The ask was a genuinely new look that still lives inside the Ninja visual brand language — recognizable at a glance as a Ninja, but not a reshuffle of the existing lineup. Retail positioning capped how far the CMF could go, so the differentiation had to come from form and proportion rather than from finishes that would have priced the product out of its shelf.
Outcome
I narrowed to a few design directions, then developed the form in CAD while working the CMF strategy in parallel within the cost ceiling.
