An all-in-one kitchen system built around an 88 oz pitcher and a 9-cup food processor bowl, with Auto-iQ presets for blending and prep. One motor base drives both vessels, so the system covers full-size blending and prep work without a second appliance on the counter.
Goal
This Costco exclusive blender has to read as modern and premium from a far read, while still being unmistakably Ninja. Warehouse retail rewards scale and contrast — the product is seen from twenty feet away, above eye level, next to a hundred competing boxes — while premium usually means restraint and quieter detailing. The design had to earn attention through proportion and finish rather than added visual noise.
Outcome
I led the industrial design from first concept through mass production, taking the form through sketch, CAD development, and prototype review, then staying with it through tooling and production sampling. The kitchen system launched exclusively across Costco warehouse locations.
