Overview
Minimal, Clean, and Contemporary
A men's dress watch for the Armani Exchange collection, designed in summer 2017. The brief was minimal lines and a clean dial — a category where there's very little to hide behind, since the whole design lives in proportion and detail.
Goal
Explored a wide range of form factors against the A|X visual brand language — dial layouts, texture studies, crown and crown guard variations. The challenge was finding room for a distinct point of view inside a brief that rules out most of the usual levers: no complications, no heavy branding, no busy dial.
Outcome
Presented the concept for the 2018 A|X men's fall collection, carrying the direction from exploratory sketching through refined dial and case studies ready for design review.
